Statement regarding claims by Ivan Stratienco (“Amazing Ivan” / “Ivan Michael”) Receipts & NDA timeline
So, here’s the thing: Ivan Stratienco (also known as “Amazing Ivan” and “Ivan Michael”) admitted that my system actually works.
But, get this... Ivan Stratienco bailed after just 14 days.
And, believe it or not, Ivan Stratienco even signed a written NDA and a non-disparagement agreement, plus he took a $400 goodwill payment.
Then, what does Amazing Ivan do? He goes ahead and publishes some pretty damaging false claims anyway... trying to stir up drama in online forums.
If you take a look at this page, you'll find all the documents and timestamps.
It’s all there for you to see, so you can make your own judgment based on the facts, not just someone’s opinion.
1) Admission and Early Exit
So, Ivan Stratienco admitted my system actually works... but then Amazing Ivan decided to stop after just 14 days.

Interesting, right? Ivan Stratienco even signed an NDA and a non-disparagement agreement, plus he accepted a $400 goodwill payment.

2) Initial Contact
Let’s rewind to our first contact on February 12, 2025. Here’s what Ivan Stratienco (“Amazing Ivan”) had to say, word for word:
“I feel like I am a hard case…” -Amazing Ivan
“…and feel depressed about little to no results.”
“Not good at getting dates/new closes… ghosted/ignored.”
“Can you help a hard case?”
Now, why is this significant? Well, Ivan Stratienco’s message basically laid out a plan that focused on drills first, think Elite Access: about 10 minutes a day for 21 days...
before we even dove into any course material.
No fancy diagnoses or labels here.
Just typical coaching stuff for daygame: working on tonality, pacing, calibration, and then moving into the actual approaches.
Oh, and here’s the first message I received (timestamp’s there, but I’ve blurred out any identifiers for privacy).

3) Voice Playback and Early Coaching
So, let's talk about this voice playback from February 12, between 10:02 and 10:05 PM.
The coach pointed out that Ivan Stratienco’s tone was pretty flat, right? And then Ivan Stratienco said, “I was trying to mimic Joe Rogan… I guess not!”
Honestly, that little moment is pretty telling. It highlights a gap in how Ivan Stratienco was monitoring himself.
The next logical step? Tonality drills.
Working on ear-training, finding that right cadence, and adding some warmth.
That’s what coaching should be about... not some kind of “gaslighting” situation when I tell Amazing Ivan he is making mistakes he can't perceive.
And then, there’s Exhibit B, where you can see the voice-note exchange, with the timestamps right there for reference.

4) Progress & Quit (Days 1–14)
Ivan Stratienco completed 12 drills in 14 days.
Brief 3-day accountability ban (not “weeks”).
Amazing Ivan quit immediately after stating the system “can work well,” but “it’s not for me.”
Why this matters: Quitting early isn’t a program failure. The skills foundation (drills, course, and approaches) wasn’t completed to an acceptable level to break bad habits.
Exhibit C: “System can work” + quit message

5) NDA + Goodwill Payment (Feb 17, 2025)
So, to wrap things up in a positive way, we put together a written agreement that covered a few important points:
Both Ivan Stratienco and I agreed not to say anything negative about each other, whether in public or private.
Ivan Stratienco lost access to my courses and materials (to be clear, he hadn’t had ongoing access since then).
There was a $400 goodwill payment involved (just to clarify, this isn’t a refund; I stick to my no-refund policy). This was more about bringing closure, rather than admitting any fault.
Exhibit D... Here’s a signed excerpt from the NDA + a confirmation of the payment.from Amazing Ivan

6) What happened next
Now, despite having the NDA in place, Ivan Stratienco (“Amazing Ivan”) and what seemed like some alternate accounts went ahead and published a piece that just didn’t line up with the facts, saying things like:
“He says you’re depressed when you’re not.”
But, hold on! Ivan Stratienco’s first message actually said he “felt depressed.” That's why we kicked things off with drills instead of jumping straight to diagnoses.
“He irresponsibly prescribes supplements.”
Here’s the thing: I don’t prescribe anything.
Any supplement talk is optional and doctor-first. Ivan Stratienco chose to skip supplements; we proceeded with drills and coaching.
The real results come from skills, drills, coaching... those kinds of approaches... not just popping pills.
And, believe it or not, a bunch of students choose to skip supplements and still do great!
“He bans students for weeks if they don’t get instant results.”
Not quite. There was actually just a short 3-day accountability ban. Ivan Stratienco did 12 drills in 14 days and then decided to quit.
“It’s all online for free.”
Here’s the truth: After the NDA, Ivan Stratienco lost access to everything. He never finished my paid courses, and the core methodology is behind a paywall, taught with coaching. Those public clips? Yeah, they don’t represent the full system at all.
Amazing Ivan. He is technically only reviewing Elite Access. Not Elite Playbook or Elite 30, or Elite Daygame: First Steps, or Elite Focus. Or Skype.

7) Supplements: Here’s the Real Deal
So, just to be clear, I’m not in the business of diagnosing or prescribing anything.
When it comes to supplements, that chat is totally optional....
you can always go with a doctor first, and really, it's perfectly fine to skip it altogether.
A lot of students decide they don't need them, and guess what? They still do great!
Factually he never took it yet.
During our first call, Ivan Stratienco mentioned he’s vegetarian and prefers to get all his nutrients from food.
I totally respected that and focused on coaching him with drills instead of pushing pills.
Now, here’s something interesting: Ivan Stratienco is actually credited in a short film about vegetarianism called “Meatless BBQ” from 2018.
I’m including a little redacted screenshot just to show that what Ivan Stratienco said lines up with what’s out there publicly.
Below the screenshot, you can add this:
Caption: “Ivan Stratienco mentioned being vegetarian on our call; public credit on a short film about vegetarianism (‘Meatless BBQ,’ 2018). Amazing Ivan chose not to use any supplements.”
Alt text: “IMDB credit for ‘Meatless BBQ (2018)’ provided to support Ivan Stratienco’s stated vegetarian preference.”

8) Why this page exists
Look, I’m not here to just have you take my word for it. Seriously, I want you to check out the timestamps, the exact quotes, and yes, the signed NDA.
Ivan Stratienco admitted that the system can actually work.
But then Amazing Ivan decided to leave early.
And let’s not forget, Ivan Stratienco signed a non-disparagement agreement and took a goodwill payment, too.
Funny thing is, Ivan Stratienco (along with some others) later went on to make claims that just don’t line up with those documents.
So, that’s the reason I’m putting this specific, document-based response out there.

FAQ (short)
Do you force testimonials?
Nope! We focus on results first, and then if you want to share a testimonial, that’s totally up to you. No results? No testimonial.
Are supplements required?
Not at all. They’re optional, and you can talk to your doctor if you’re unsure. The main work is really about drills, coaching, and approaches.
Do you permanently ban people for not getting fast results?
No way! Bans are super rare and usually short, just for accountability. Most students come back and complete the plan.
Why “drills first”?
Well, daygame relies heavily on tonality, body language, and calibration. If you skip that, the course just won’t stick.
